قياس رأس المال البشرى فى منشآت المراجعة- دراسة ميدانية

تناول البحث نماذج قياس رأس المال البشرى وطرق الافصاح عنه ومعرفة مدى توافر بيانات کافية عن رأس المال البشرى فى القوائم المالية؟
ويهدف هذا البحث الى دراسة قياس رأس المال البشرى فى منشآت المراجعة بيان نماذج قياس رأس المال البشرى والتعرف على طرق الإفصاح عنه وبيان مدى أهمية الإفصاح عن رأس المال البشرى فى القوائم المالية.
ولتحقيق اهداف البحث تم عمل دراسة ميدانية تهدف إلى إستطلاع الأراء و الإتجاهات على عينة من اعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات، ومراقبى الحسابات بسجل المحاسبين والمراجعين وذلک بشأن دراسة اختلاف الأراء حول قياس رأس المال البشرى حسب الخصائص الديموجرافية فى البيئة المصرية.

The research is studying the Human capital measurement models, methods of disclosure, and studying the availability of information about human capital in the capital?, The aim of research is to study the measurement of human capital in auditing firms, explore thehuman resources measurement models, methods of disclosure and explore the disclosure of human capital in financial statements,To achieve the research objectives, a field study was conducted aimingA survey of opinions and trends of the study sample about differing opinions about measuring human capital according to demographic characteristics in the Egyptian environment.
