The role of the HR quality in supply chain management:An applied study in the pharmaceutical sector

This research aims to study the role of human resources quality in supply chain management.an applied study in pharmaceutical sector.
The research surveyed the employees in 8 egyptian pharmaceutical companies the number of respondents was 400. Study sample
Questionnaires were distributed, and 396 valid questionnaire were collected with response rate 99%.
Data analysis was done using SPSS.
the researcher summarized the results as follows:
First:sample demographical characteristics
The statistics show that:
1-the majority of respondents are male with 80.5% while 19.5% of respondents are females.
2-the majority of respondents are in category of (30to less than 40 years old) with 54.5%.
3-the majority of the respondents are technician with 46.1%.
4-the majority of the respondents are bachelor`s degree holders with54.7%.
5-the majority of the respondents have experience from 15years and above with 46.6%.
6-the majority of the respondents are working in the governamental sector.
This study findings reveal that: there are a significant role for Human resources management quality with all of its dimensions on supply chain management with all of its dimensions in Egyptian pharmaceutical industries companies.
